There are a big number of anti wrinkle creams on the market. Scientists are researching which substances can be of help in the anti aging sector. Unfortunately, anti aging processes are fairly known but the factors that can help improving the looks of your skin are of common knowledge.

Among this factors we have bad food habits, way of life, age, exercise, pollution etc. Anti aging can be obtained only by minimizing the effects of these factors. There are a few techniques that can be used in the fight against aging.

One of the factors that need to be improved is diet. Diet should give your body and skin all the necessary nutrients through giving vitamins and minerals. Also, the diet should be associated with exercise. Sedentary lifestyle has bad effects for your health so for your skin too. When you exercise, the oxygen flow increases so it induces anti aging.

Another cause of aging is stress. Nowadays, people live a stressful life. The skin is one of the affected zones by the stress. Try reducing the stress level by minimizing the causes of your stress. You have to relax and get enough hours of sleep per night. A decent level is to have 7 hours of sleep/24 hour.

Doing things we like really helps when talking about anti aging techniques. If we have a hobby, we should practice it as often as we can because it improves our mental health. Apart from a healthy body, a healthy mind is absolutely necessary if we want to feel young and look young. If you have used numerous anti aging creams and you still have no result this can only have one cause: your lifestyle.

You have to try eating healthier and doing some exercise. Of course there is the solution of Botox too, but injecting fat in your face in order to make wrinkles disappear is not one of my favorites.
