Vitamin A is different from vitamins B and C because it is fat soluble. This means it can be stored in our body in excess. It is not recommended to use a higher dosage than the normal one. Vitamins B and C are water soluble. This means that if we have too much vitamin, our system flushes it away. This is done without any complications because these vitamins can’t be stored.
A proper diet is sometimes hard to maintain. Our necessary levels of mineral and supplements that our body needs are high. This way, we have to take supplements in order to help our body look and feel younger. It is proper to see our doctor when we want to begin taking supplements because an excess of anti aging vitamins is not recommended at all.
In order to change our body appearance we have to give it all the nutrients it needs. If you will take your necessary vitamins from food it will sometimes have faster and more effective results.
