One of the most important ways to fight aging is with exercise. Even if you can’t get into a total exercise program, you need to combine aerobic exercise with strength training to win the fight. It’s not necessary to join an expensive gym.You can get your heart pumping and increase your oxygen intake by taking the dog for a run, walking briskly
to get your favorite coffee, gardening, or heavy housework. If you can sprint/run or jump rope, you will be building your muscles while building cardiovascular endurance.Your increased heart and lung performance will result in increased blood flow to the skin and resulting radiance.

Strength Training
Strength training will give muscles more shape and
keep skin tighter. It will also help relieve arthritic
symptoms, increase bone density, improve posture,
prevent lower back pain, and help raise metabolic
rate. Free weights are inexpensive too. Start with
five-pound weights and try to work up to ten-pound
weights. You can even make your own with a two liter
bottle of soda filled with salt or sand.
