The first thing that anyone notices in your look is your beautiful eyes. A beautiful and healthy eye is one of the greatest gifts given to us by God. If we don’t possess eyes we won’t be able to see the fascinating world around us! Hence we need to take special care of this valuable asset if we are concerned of our age beauty.

Eye care means taking care of your eyes as well as the soft skin surrounding the eyes. Since the skin around the eyes is very delicate, therefore wrinkles and fine lines develop there first which destroys your age beauty. These areas demand extra attention from you through out the day. And if you are in the middle-age or above 40 then you need to pay more attention to these areas. Here are some tips for you to prevent or combat some of the common eye problems:

Dark circles under the eyes are one of the most common things that can be seen in almost every individual.

Avoid taking tea, oils, spices and other hot products. One of the main factors for black circles under the eyes is the deficiency of iron and calcium. Hence take iron and calcium rich diet. For 2 to 3 weeks you should apply cucumber juice with cotton on the black circles. Tiredness is one of the prominent reasons of such dark circles. So if you want to avoid them stop worrying and start being happy! Also take proper sleep and give rest to your precious eyes before they are tired.

Eye exercise is necessary for proper care if it. Computer professionals should blink their eyes frequently as an exercise of the eyes. You should also rotate your eyes from right to left and left to right and up down. This will maintain blood flow around your eyes smoothly. Good blood circulation is necessary for any organ of your body to stay healthy.

Healthy food is compulsory for sparkling and healthy eyes. Vitamin A is very essential for healthy eyes. Deficiency of Vitamin A can cause you many eye diseases. Carrot is very rich in vitamin A; it gives you good vision. You should eat carrot regularly.

Vegetables rich in carotene are very good for eyes. Papaya and spinach fall in this category. You can eat even mango for good eyesight. Drumstick too is very beneficial for beautiful eyes.

Water plays great role in maintaining good health of your eyes.  You should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday. If you are an athlete or sportsperson, you need to drink more water. Water hydrates your body and eventually your eyes sparkle. You should also splash cold water frequently to allow your eyes relax.

If you are concerned about your age beauty then you would surely prevent puffy eyes. For this cut potato and place on your closed eyes and let it stay there for few minutes. Thereafter wash your face with plain water. You will see a great difference.

If you wear contact lenses, don’t use it overnight.  It may cause harm to your eyes. Rubbing too harms your eyes. If any foreign object enters into your eyes instead of rubbing splash water or put rose water in it.
