Then people having dry skin can apply moisturizer with or without sunscreen. Instead of toner or astringent facial mask can be applied once a week.

Facial especially to clean the deep pores is good. Facial can be done once in three months or every four to six weeks. Facial should be done by professional skin care expert. However, only doing facial and use of expensive skin care products is not adequate to have beautiful and clear skin. Some skin care is also required at home for healthy skin.

It is very important to have the personalized skin care routine as the skin type varies from individual to individual.

Drinking lots of water is required for clear and beautiful skin. Well balanced diet is the basis for health and beautiful skin. Vegetables especially green leafy vegetables and fruits are good for healthy skin. Also avoiding food is not good for skin health but fast foods, pizzas, soft drinks and chocolates should be avoided. These foods can be eaten but rarely and also in small quantities. Along with diet regular physical exercise is also important for healthy and beautiful skin. Exercise increases blood circulation and thus help in having glowing skin. Apart from healthy eating some habits need to go like smoking, tanning booths and too much alcohol intake.
