Everyone wants to maintain age beauty and look young; especially they who are growing old. Here are some easy ways for aged people to look young.
The first solution for age beauty is that you should take care of eating habits. Those who drink plenty of water look younger than others who don’t consume enough water. The reason behind this is that around 60% of our body is made up of water. Blood needs water for proper flow, bones need water for strength, and hair needs water to look healthy and shiny. Due to lack of water people die. If you drink very little water, though you won’t die, you would look years older than what you are. Vice versa is the case if you drink plenty of water. You would look years younger than what you actually are. So if you want to maintain your age beauty then drink plenty of water; at least 10-12 glasses daily.
Similarly, eating natural food full of vitamins and minerals are compulsory to maintain your age beauty and look young. Green vegetables help a lot to keep you young.
Exercise is equally important to keep you young. Whatever you eat, if you don’t exercise, your food won’t be used in building your body or giving its benefits. You may eat one or two ounce less than you require; it won’t affect your body but if you don’t exercise it would affect your body. When you exercise, blood flows smoothly throughout your body which keeps you free from any disease and all organs of your body get strong and healthy.
If you have gained weight, you would look old. In order to look young, you need to control your weight through exercise and not through dieting or too much fasting.
Apart from drinking water, eating healthy diet and exercise, you can also take care of your other organs of your body separately. For example, you should take care of your skin and you should not let it dry. You should apply moisturizers to soften and hydrate your skin. The skin should not be allowed to dry otherwise it would look dull. Moisturizers should be used to hydrate the skin. You can apply moisturizers on your face, hands etc.
Sunlight gives life but if taken more than required it can harm you a lot. You should take sunrise and sunset light but avoid sunlight when it is on the top. Avoid especially in mid-day. Too much heat can burn and darken your skin and you would look older.
Facial hair such as eyebrows, moustache and beard should be trimmed and shaved timely so that you look younger. As men age, hair starts popping out from ear, nose etc. To look young you should trim your unwanted hair regularly.
Due to lack of sleep you look older and dark circles around your eyes. You should take proper rest and sleep to look younger. You should cut and put cucumber or any other citrus fruit on your face to remove wrinkles and dark circles. If you can prevent wrinkles, you would look years younger. Lemon juice can be very beneficial to remove wrinkles from your face if you apply its juice on your face at bedtime and wash in the morning.
