Physical fitness is very important for healthy body but it is also the beginning of self-motivated and innovative activity. Daily workouts and well balanced diets are very very important for physical fitness.

Physical fitness is the muscular power, cardiovascular strength, strong resistance power and fulfilled and contented status of mind. Physical fitness includes the cardiovascular endurance which is the capability of the body to supply oxygen to the various tissues and removal of metabolic waste products.

Due to physical exercise and overall physical fitness there is good supply of blood to skin and hair. Thus there is supply of nutrients and removal of toxic products from the extremities of the body. But these extremities are the superficial structures. Due to physical fitness appearance of these external structures improves and the person looks healthy, beautiful and glowing.

Thus regular physical exercise and balanced diet not only gives the well shaped body but also the happiness and contentment in life and resistance towards illness.
