You should brush your teeth with good tooth paste. You can consult your dentist for it. Don’t choose any paste just for good taste. Your teeth require Calcium to be strong and shiny; therefore you should eat food rich in Calcium. Milk, egg etc are rich in Calcium. You should drink milk regularly for your strong teeth. Milk is also good for your bones.

Cloves are known as painkillers and are very good for teeth. If your teeth pains and you keep cloves in your mouth for sometime your pain would be reduced.

Villagers’ teeth look strong because they chew raw sugarcane. If you too chew sugarcane your teeth will become stronger.

If you have false teeth sets you should clean and wash it daily to prevent mouth disease.

Tulsi (Basil) leaves are very useful strong and shiny teeth. For fresh smell mix it with hot water and keep it in your mouth for sometime.  It is also recommended to wash your mouth with salt and warm water to prevent infections of your teeth.

Flossing keeps your mouth clean and healthy. It also removes plaque. Hence you should floss daily.

Smoking causes your teeth look yellow and pale. If you want your teeth to look white and beautiful, you should quit smoking. Most people spoil their teeth by chewing tobacco, beetle, gutkha etc. If you love your teeth and want to maintain your age beauty, leave all these bad habits.
